Occupied Staging
If your home is occupied, adding and/or removing a few specially selected items will allow potential buyers to see the true beauty of your home. We’ll rearrange and style your space to show off its best qualities!
Pricing starts at $500 for a consultation plus rearrangement if necessary, and addition of a few key items. If items need to be removed and stored we can take care of that for an additional fee.
*Quoted furniture rental is for a period of 2 weeks. After that time, an extension fee of 25% will be applied for another 2 week rental period.
